Terms & Conditions & Terms of Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of digital marketing services by Nova Connect to the client. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

• Services: The digital marketing services provided by Nova Connect, as detailed in the client’s campaign plan.

• The contract between Nova Connect and the Client is formed upon acceptance of the proposal and payment of the initial fee.

• Nova Connect agrees to:
  • Provide the Services as outlined in the campaign plan.
  • Communicate regularly with the Client regarding progress and results.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the Client’s information.

• The Client agrees to:
  • Provide all necessary information and materials required for the Services.
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the payment schedule.
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

• All fees for Services are due as specified in the proposal. Late payments may incur additional charges.

• All intellectual property created during the provision of Services will remain the property of Nova Connect until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to the Client.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

• Nova Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services provided.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra State, India

• Any amendments to these Terms & Conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
